A Brighton, Michigan native, Nick Romano is the Director of Racquet Sports at Barton Hills Country Club in Ann Arbor and a full-time competitor on the professional pickleball circuit. He's the No. 2 ranked pro in Michigan on the PPA Tour, with a career-high World Singles ranking of No. 81, and he closed out 2025 in 3rd place in the PPA Challenger Tour year-end standings.
Now an officially sponsored Wilson athlete, Nick is chasing a spot among the nation's top 50 pros — and every tournament this season is a step on that journey. Off the court, he's the same guy teaching beginners their first dink shot on a Tuesday night.
